ABOUT
Taryn Chong (they/them) is an illustrator in the CA Bay Area (Ohlone land).
They experiment with mixed media while creating, inspired by punk collage art. You can also find them combing through secondhand books, blasting pop-punk and post-hardcore music, or trying to keep up their Japanese.
My art is a practice of self and community empowerment; I design iconographic illustrations that communicate what is possible when we reject the status quo.
